I had maybe the coolest dream I've had in years tonight. It's automotive related, by the way, so bear with me here. Anyways, I was driving the old Tipo to Japan (fuck physics, apparently) when I came across an exhibition of old Formula 1 championship cars. It was late and already dark and I decided to have a look before they closed it down, only to find police lines all over the place; one of the McLarens had been stolen! I went out again looking for it, until I came across a warehouse with windows, where I flew up (no more doritos before bed for me) and spotted the car waiting to be loaded into a truck. No one was at the warehouse, so I got in and there was mannequin in a racing suit and helmet seated inside, so I took it out, changed clothes with it and sat inside the McLaren, thinking about how to fire it up. Some time later, some guys showed up to push the car into a truck, and as they pushed it, I put it in gear, the engine came alive and I got away.
Of course there was more than just I got away, but the details escape me now. I think there was a chase, though it may have been just me driving at night on empty streets. I do remember the sound pretty well though, and the lights zooming past me and it was pretty crazy all around. Anyways, know what would be cool? If that was a movie.
Yeah, imagine that, a movie or series about a high speed detective involved in high speed cases. A racecar theft in the first movie, an illegal cross country rally in the second, undercover wheelman action in the third, that's what that dream made me think about. It was almost the perfect dream, only thing it needed was a hot companion/mechanical talented chick to drive a backup car.
There, now it's perfect!
TL;DR: My awesome car dream should become a movie and MEW should be in it.

That's what the FnF series should've been about. Don't mail your shit to Hollywood directors now, though. Wait at least 10 years after the last film of the series to come out and then think of ways to set it apart from FnF.

My best dreams were of driving, I don't know why exactly. 10 years ago I dreamed of driving beside the Rideau Canal at night, sure enough, 10 years later I did just that.
Imagine having a sight like this, all to yourself, driving.

True, haha, I hadn't though about the similarities until now, but, to be honest, I'd be too worried about them "tuning" the looks of an MP 4/5 to actually mail them the idea.

(didn't read, just came for the MEW)
Yeah, you read that right.

A couple nights ago, I dreamed that I was hanging out with some of my friends. We decided to drive somewhere, so they all piled into a souped up Subaru (It looked like a 1998-ish Legacy), and I got into a Lamborghini. We raced down the streets between stoplights, and I could see their dash (what's that you said about physics?) as they revved to 8000 and took 5th gear to 150mph. The brakes barely stopped the car in time for the next red light.
Anyways, we drove a little bit, and then we parked in a parking lot about half a block from the bar that was our destination. I took care to make sure my Lamborghini was away from all the other cars, and learned that its turning radius really sucked. Then as we walked to the door, there were more Lambos parked near the entrance. My brother hopped in one, and started it up, as the bouncer just nodded his head. So I went in the passenger door, and stepped over the huge carpeted sill... eventually he left the car, after listening to the thing idle beautifully (it actually sounded like my car in the dream, lol). And I had to shut it off from the passenger side.
So as we're walking into the bar, I see that there's a guy in the middle of the crowd with a microphone. He's asking, "What's something you can spend your money on... besides a car!?" And he puts the microphone into someones face, and they answer the question. And he was circling around, asking people, and getting close to the front door. Which so happened to be right where I was walking in. So he asks the question again, puts the microphone in my face, and I'm all confused.
So I answer, "Racecar."
Now he was confused, and he repeats, "No, other than a car."
And I say, "Oh, uh, then... I don't know."
Because racecar. Even in my dreams. lol.
